Ben Savin


Following a lifestyle of excess and unhealthy pursuits, I have really turned my life around. It was during my school teaching roles that I developed a real passion for fitness, well-being and a genuine love for exercise and the electrifying feelings that it generates. It has given me a new lease on life!  I now use my personal experience and knowledge of psychology, teaching and training to motivate, challenge and achieve with my clients 

Ben has many success stories with clients of various fitness levels. His understanding of fitness covers a kaleidoscope of methodologies. Through a variety of techniques, Ben makes the most of every session, maximising results. Of particular interest to Ben is nutrition. Specifically he likes to dispel the myths and misleading information many clients are exposed to.
