I’ve been working in the fitness industry for several years and qualified as a Gym Instructor and Personal trainer in 2011. I have a background in movement through my performance training and have practised dance, yoga and boxing for a number of years. I love being outdoors and working from our private personal training studio, and have previously worked as an Instructor for Go Ape as well as being a keen Cyclist and Climber. I have also enjoyed challenges such as running a half marathon in the Sahara Desert, so my skills, experience and passion for fitness and creating a healthy lifestyle are far reaching.

Bonnie has often felt that the busy, high pressure lifestyles that many of us have are unsustainable long term. Clients go to her, tired, burnt out and out of shape, wanting to feel fit and healthy again. Her aim is to allow people to get back in touch with their bodies so that they can feel great about themselves, achieve their fitness goals and face life with renewed energy and resources.

Background

After qualifying, she spent time working in a gym environment and found that her preference was working with people in facilities better suited to one-to-one personal training as opposed standard London gyms which are often overcrowded, leading to time wasted waiting to use the equipment Bonnie has much experience in the biomechanics of movement through her performance training and has practised dance, yoga and boxing for a number of years. Bonnie also loves being outdoors, and has previously worked as an Instructor for Go Ape as well as being a keen Cyclist and Climber. Personal Fitness

Bonnie believes that her lifestyle has a big effect on the way she looks and feels and says ‘if I can alter my lifestyle so that it supports me to look and feel energised and physically fit, then the good news is, so can you!’

Setting goals is essential. She’ll work with you to make sure that they are specific and achievable within the time frame you have.
