End of the School Holidays; A Great Time to Get Back into Shape

IMG_1535

Like New Years, this part of year marks the time to get back on a responsible schedule after having holidays and down time. It is when we must get back into a routine with our children and our selves. Whilst adjusting to new timetables and enjoying the last of the summer weather, you may want to consider undertaking a new fitness program.

If you have been wanting to get started, or if you just desire to change things up, this is the perfect time to take the plunge into a healthier lifestyle. Whether you work outside the home or if you’re a stay-at-home parent, you’ve suddenly got an empty house and you may have some extra time on your hands. The availability of snacks paired with the absence of running after children can often equate to weight gain. So why not nip it in the bud and set yourself up with a new fitness program right now?

The aim of this course is set on giving you an initial boost on getting back on track following the holidays

This course will:

  • Include a free consultation to measure and analyse body composition, discuss exercise history, implement intervention if necessary and to set long term and short term goals.
  • Conduct 3 varied 60 min workouts from a wide range of disciplines and methods most suitable to your goals
  • Establish an eating plan and sample meal menus to fit in with your lifestyle
  • Provide advice on additional workouts that should be completed outside the personal training sessions.
  • Carry out periodical checkups and support via telephone, text, and/or email
