The majority of weight loss approaches typically tend to look more at exercise programing, how much exercise and/or how often for example. There is also plenty of emphasis out there on the intricacies of a diet plan and its relative effectiveness for your weight lose ambitions. But less if any attention is given to behavioural aspects of weight loss. If ‘eat less-move more’ was as ‘black and white’ to implement for the masses as this suggests then weight loss would be easy. One of the major differences between a client wanting to lose weight and someone wanting to stop smoking for example is that smokers can literally erase that behaviour completely, whereas to lose weight you can’t stop eating- you have to eat several times a day, so in order to make the changes, you have to learn to think and feel differently about food.

Weight off Your Mind is a 6 week weight loss course which focuses to combine effective behavioural change techniques with exercise and nutrition.

We do it by supporting you over 6 weeks with education, motivation and self belief for the long-term. The health implications of being overweight and unfit in mind and body are too important to ignore and you will not find a weight loss course offering better value than Weight Off Your Mind. Our Personal Trainers are all highly experienced and want to pass on their wealth of knowledge to you so that you are equipped and capable of sustaining a Weight Off Your Mind.
