FitFun Exercise Credits



FitFunKettleBell training targets every aspect of fitness including Explosive and Dynamic Strength, Stamina, Balance and Agility. The idea is to hold the kettle bell in one or both hands and go through a variety of swings, presses or pulling motions. Some movements have you changing the weight from hand to hand as the weight swings up or as you move laterally, requiring you to stabilise the body and engage the core in a whole new way. Other moves require power from the legs and hips to move the weight, giving you integrated whole body movements that are often missing with other types of training.

Date, Venue, Time & Pricing

Kettlebell Training Sessions run Tuesday evenings 6:45pm to 7:45pm at Impact Academy. Please arrive by 6:35pm.

Ground Floor Unit, Wandle Road Car Park, Inness Yard, CR0 1BX

Tuesdays:         6:45pm – 7:45pm

£7 per session
