Our sessions are  designed and structured in such a way that individuals of all fitness levels can take part. There are two groups to further encourage working at a suitable pace and exercise alternatives are regularly offered to work around any difficulty and or common injury. Key components include, warm-up, interval training with kettle bells or resistance bands, FitFun team challenges and an abdominal focus at the end.

Our trainers are highly experienced and will make sure you are training at the level that is right for you. Plus our atmosphere is friendly, helpful and supportive so you’ll feel right at home among the other participants. A further encouraging factor for the new comer is that we offer a free trial open to anybody who has not yet given FitFunBootCamp a go. So come on down and find out what all the fuss is about. You’ll have a fantastic workout, experience fun, meet some great people, plus learn some interesting ways to exercise outside of a gym.

*Credits are purchased in advance and are exchanged for one class and can be used any time at any of our locations. There is no penalty for not attending consecutive weeks but credits must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase.

Arrival : Please arrive 10 mins before your session is planned to start

Kit List : Appropriate fitness clothing, breathable gear if necessary, water bottles, towel.
