My love of exercise has really transformed how I feel about myself, both physically and mentally.  I understand how many benefits a healthy – and fulfilling – lifestyle can have on your personal wellbeing.  This was the major driver in my decision to become a Personal Trainer.  Alongside this I am also undertaking an MA in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.  I really enjoy helping to improve other peoples’ lives.

Lily’s past experiences and her fun approach to exercise mean that she is able to provide a supportive, encouraging and motivational environment for clients of all different backgrounds and fitness levels.  She will discuss current lifestyle, exercise and diet along with your goals and aspirations to create a tailored plan especially for you.  Lily has a flexible style that will be adapted according to your unique requirements and exercise sessions can be carried out on a one to one basis or in small groups.
