FitFun Online HIIT is a form of high-intensity training used to gain maximum calorie burn in the minimum amount of time. FitFun Online HIIT sessions involve doing intervals of exercise that range from 10 seconds and 8 minutes. The class tempo and intensity are progressive through the rounds, making it very accessible for all participants. Each set of exercises targets multiple muscles, giving you the ultimate full-body workout. Participants have the option of adding weights to each routine as a way of increasing exercise intensity.
With team FitFun, you can work with the best in the world, from anywhere in the world. £80 allows ten sessions and £50 gives 5. One class is one credit. You can access as many classes as you wish. Please note that credits are valid for up to 4 months from the date of purchase. FitFun Online HIIT class runs on Fridays 8 am GMT.
