FitFun Run

What does the session include?

We deliver 2 FitFun running courses a year. First, a Couch to 5k at the beginning of the year. In Particular, this course is suited to novice runners. Second and later in the year we run a 5K – 10K programme. Specifically, this course starts in April and runs into June. In front of the requirements for this programme is the ability to run for 20 mins non-stop. During the programme, we cover different running approaches. Namely, steady pace long runs, interval and tempo running. In addition, we demonstrate how these should fit into a well-designed running program. Finally, our team will also focus on injury prevention, so that runners of all levels can progress safely and effectively on our FitFun running course.
