What does the session include?

Our Streatham Bootcamp sessions are designed so that all fitness levels can take part. For example, there are two groups of different intensities. Accordingly, clients can fit their work out into an advanced or intermediate level. Equally important, is the fact that exercise alternatives are regularly offered to work around any difficulty. As a result, we are able to avoid injury. Consequently, our clients describe our style of training as a breath of fresh air. In brief, key components of a typical class include a warm-up, interval training, and an abdominal focus at the end.
