Jenni Wilson

Jenni: I became intensly interested in fitness after working with a personal trainer. He helped me achieve my goals in a fun and safe setting. This drove me to want to help others who are in the same position I felt I was in. Since working in the industry, I have found a passion for boxing and pursued coaching qualifications with England Boxing. I also truly believe in its benefits to mental health, and thus want to help as many people as possible experience fantastic overall well-being.”

“My goal is to improve my running ability, and be able to compete over cross country and assault course running events. Running distance races is a great way for me to work outside my comfort zone. Hence, I work with my clients to enable them to work outside their own comfort zone. Progressive overloading is the key to arriving at this place and feeling great in the process

Training with Jenni Experienced, Fun, Encouraging

Jenni constantly strives to create a positive and motivational atmosphere for her clients. Her desire is that they “want” to continue striving to reach their goals. Her fun approach to exercise means that she is able to provide a supportive, encouraging and motivational environment for clients of all fitness levels.

Jenni’s exercise programmes will focus on individual needs and requirements as she believes training is never a one size fits all approach! Interactions with her doesn’t end when your sessions are up.

Clients recieve home workouts and challenges to complete in between one to one sessions as well as nutrtional guidance and lifestyle advice. Jenni’s goal is to help people feel, look and perform better in order to feel positive and happier.
