Joe: My love for exercise really began 12 years ago when I tried my first Jiujitsu class. Very soon I was hooked and remember feeling as if I had ‘found my thing’.

Since then I have extended my expertise and knowledge of more traditional forms of exercise found in the gym. So much so my clients are of different ages and abilities. I have 8 professional years experience in the fitness industry and I’m passionate about helping my clients boost their fitness and improve well being.

Joe likes to add lots of variety in his training sessions. He is thorough with correct form and will guide you through movement patterns using the correct technique. As well as personalised workout routines Joe also gives nutritional advice based on the latest scientific evidence. You can expect detailed progress tracking to ensure you’re on course to improve your overall health and fitness.
